Pet Policy

2 pets maximum. Monthly pet rent $50 per cat and $75 per dog. Pet rent DOES NOT cover damages caused by pets. Resident is responsible for picking up and properly disposing their pet's waste. Violators will pay a $50 fine per occurrence. Pet waste areas and trash cans are designated onsite. Pets must be on a leash when outside on the property and are restricted from common areas, pool, amenity decks. No exotic pets. Restricted breeds: Any Malamute breeds, any Mastiff breeds, any Bull Terrier breeds, any wolf dog breeds, Akita, Husky, Bully Kutta, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, restricted breed hybrids, or any breed with traits geared towards aggression. Management has the right to restrict any breed according to their judgment. • Additionally, after the apartment application is approved, each animal must have an application completed on PetScreening.com. There is a non-refundable animal application fee of $20 paid directly to PetScreening.com. PetScreening.com will review the application and approve the animal, regardless of whether it's a pet or assistance animal.
